Riding Lessons and Activities

As a privately owned business we do not think that it is unreasonable to expect our clients to respect our booking terms and conditions

Upon placing a booking you are reserving that booking space for you, we do not have unlimited spaces.

If you cancel out with 24 hours you will receive a full refund, or your payment can be moved to another date.

Failing to cancel out with the 24 hours means that your fee will be forfeited towards your booking.

As a business we have carried out a duty of care towards your reservation, and unfortunately if cancelled within 24 hours of your booked time we cannot provide you with a refund.

The Pony Club

The Pony Club is run on monthly blocks, these blocks require payment upfront/prior to the beginning of the block.

A block is a consecutive set of sessions.

Out with Pony Club blocks there are stand alone sessions, these require a 50% deposit, with the remainder of the balance paid 7 days before the session.

We trust you all understand that these are extremely important to protect the longevity of Castle View Stables, in this tough climate we see ourselves in at the moment.
